Why do you think there's this fear of the dentist?
Until relatively not long ago, anesthesia did not exist and any dental process became quite painful and annoying. This has been transmitted from parents to children, although at present this fear makes no sense because with sedation the discomfort is minimal.
How old do you recommend the use of orthodontic devices?
Although the estimated age is usually from the age of 12, the fact is that with only 3 years already available with milk teeth, problems can be detected in the bite and an alternative treatment can be established to then place orthodontics.
Is there a trick to having a perfect smile?
Each patient and case is different so a technique is applied in each patient to achieve this goal. The positive point is that there is a wide variety of possibilities for all kinds of problems.
Does genetics affect a person's oral health?
There are certain diseases of the mouth that do have a great genetic burden such as periodontal disease or maloclusions, although many others are caused by poor patient habits.
Do the implants have side effects?
Dental implants are a reliable and stable long-term treatment with very few cases in which side effects can be given as it is the alternative more similar to that of a single dental piece.
